The Kaspersky Plus of my partner shows disabled on start up

Hi there, we have Kaspersky Plus for 3 devices, and on my partner's side, her Kaspersky Plus shows an icon that it is disabled upon startup. It should be activated for 707 days. The email registered was my brother's. I've researched the past forums here; however, I did not find any related solutions. Hope you help me with this issue.

We've tried to manage it but it keeps us in a loop that we can't choose the option of the activated subscription and it wanted us to enter the activation code.

Does this happens after 'Continue' or 'Activate'  ?
