The file cannot be accessed by the system

Hello friends. I am posting this for a need. I have been suffering from a “The file cannot be accessed by the system” error for the last couple of days. I don't know why this is happening and how to fix this error. My friend suggests to me I should use an antivirus. Because according to him maybe the system virus was affected. Guys, I want to know Kaspersky is suitable for me or not?

2. IF the Kaspersky application is exited, does the issue persist? 
3. Is “The file cannot be accessed by the system” error showing in Kaspersky Reports? 
4. Post an image of the error & the problem file please?
