The error "Activation code is invalid for this region"

I bought Kaspersky premium on amazon.co.uk, I live in the EU. During installation, I got the error "The activation code is invalid for this region". I am logged in to Amazon with the correct address, but I still managed to buy the wrong product. How can I return the purchased license code or exchange it for one that works in my country?
