I don't know why, but the button "Check reputation KSN" is grayed out. I use KSCF with enabled "Kaspersky Network Security Statement". I tried restarting my computer and av,

(ofc it didn't do anything) and now I don't know what to do.

Hello @Pyszny Chleb, Welcome.

You are not the only one. After your post, I checked the function on my computer - the option is also grayed out no matter what file I want to check.
I don't know the reason yet, nor if it might work for others.

Right, not all files can be checked by "Check reputation KSN" option, in general only executables, dll and some specific scripts extensions, but here You are a small trick: You can rename temporally any file to .exe and check its reputation, and then back to its original extension.

Hi @harlan4096

"before", KSN worked, for all files, without "small" tricks?

Thank you?

Thanks for the feedback.
So it works for you guys.

But I have already written that it doesn't matter what kind of file I choose. The option is grayed out for all types, even those where it used to be available. So also for .exe, .com, .dll,....

Spoiler

It works here but I'm using K.Plus 21.7 UK official version + W11 Pro x64 ?

My attempt to unregister and re-register the 'shellex.dll' via 'regsvr32' brought no change. So that's not the problem either.
Does anyone have another idea?
