Hi,

Please open a support ticket in Kaspersky Company Account,

Attach in the support ticket the getsysteminfo (gsi) for review.

Download the GetSystemInfo tool: https://media.kaspersky.com/utilities/ConsumerUtilities/GetSystemInfo6.2.1.13.exe

Also give more information (Kaspersky version and build installed, S.O., memory dump, etc..) and review than not incompatible software are installed in the computer.
