The activation code is not valid for this region»

Today I downloaded Kaspersky Premium trial version, but after installation it says that the activation code is invalid for this region.

I'm french, but I'm currently in Thailand so I guess that's the problem.

I wrote to the customer support but all they gave me so far was pre written AI stuff that was of no help.

What can I do to make it work?

I travel a lot and I need Kaspersky to work wherever I am...

•   IP address of the computer

•   Where the Kaspersky application is installed.

On the same computer whose IP address is above.

•   Your Internet service provider.

I have the same problem in Brazil, with Starlink connection computers  ,  i cant apply renew on starlink connection  :c
