  2. Show the extended detail for “The application code does not apply to this application - Reasons & solutions “ ?
  3. Contact Kaspersky Technical Support, on the contacts page, select your location, then select from Online Chat (not available all locations), Phone  (not available all locations), Submit a request - via your MyKaspersky account.
