How can I prevent the folder c:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\KES.21.14\temp\tempio from consuming excessive storage on the server?

Go to Keswin Policy , then General Settings then Application Settings then Uncheck Dump Writing , you can delete file of tempio , if you disable Self Defense.
