System freezes during scan

I restarted my computer over and over again and did the same steps as on the web page. in normal graphics mode I had a black screen problem so I started the other option, low graphics. but after 10 minutes of starting the scan the system completely locks up and does not respond at all, despite repeated attempts.

System:
24 GB DDR4 2133
MSI B150 GAMING M3
İ5-6600 intel

This happens on some models of video cards.

Here strange that system locks.
