Synchronization of New User Accounts after Encryption

Good afternoon,

I’m having an issue logging in with new user accounts after encrypting notebooks. Since the users are rotated, there’s always a new login from Active Directory accounts. However, I have to log in first with a local user, then log off and log in with the new AD user, and only after about three attempts does the encryption console work. I did some research in a few forums, and they mentioned it might be related to synchronization with the Admin Center. Could you provide some guidance on how to make this work more efficiently?

What is your deployment schema, is it on-prem or cloud
