Synchronization issues - Android tablet

Hello,

I am having trouble getting an Android tablet to sync and appear on the Kaspersky Cloud dashboard.

A message appears stating: 

Unable to synchronize with the management server: error processing commands from the Management Console.

The strange thing is that it shows the old name, which has been deleted from the console and from the “Show marked for deletion” option.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I've tried everything, even factory resetting the tablet.

share some screenshots of the issue and do that android device connected to cloud console , which cloud console you are using ..

Attached is a screenshot of the error.

I don't know where to see what type of console we have, but if it helps, we have the Kaspersky Next EDR Foundations Latin America Edition license.

are you using ksc-onprem or cloud by ksc.kaspersky.com , do android device properly connected to ksc admin server
