Hello all.  I have recently switch from Symantec Endpoint SMB to Kaspersky Cloud.  I have about 50 workstations that I have converted.  I have one computer, a Windows 10 pro computer that  I have uninstalled the Symantec product using the provided uninstaller.  When I attempt to install the Kaspersky endpoint software it reports back that it cannot install because a Norton product is installed.  There is no Norton product installed ( I assuming it means the Symantec product).  I have tried to use the Symantec cleaning tool provided by Symantec that is supposed to completely remove all software components for the Symantec product but the Kaspersky installer still reports that it can not install because it still detects the previous anvtivius software.  Not sure what  else to try.

Does  anyone know where the Kaspersky installer is checking to I can see why it is detecting the previous software?  Or is there a way to force the installer to continue to install?

Thank you.

Hi, try searching for Symantec registries in the regedit and delete them.

I will try that.  I figured the Symantec CleanWipe tool would have cleaned all that out.  I was hoping to find out which reg keys or locations the Kaspersky Cloud is checking.
