Subscription transfer glitch/bug

Hello,

Previously I was using Kaspersky Internet Security. Then I bought Kaspersky standard. I put the code into my Kaspersky and  designated it to my laptop so when the previous internet security ends then new standard will turn on. I also download Standard software. But when the Internet security ended today the new code didn't start. When I tried to use the code it

gave me this message. Please help!
