Subscription Problem Detected

How should I do if I encounter a subscription problem while I still far away from my next renewal date? 

Is my license file missing?

Thanks for asking me to go through the steps although it is just partially helpful. After I reinstalled the software, the license issue is still there until I logged in my Kaspersky’s account and manually add my computer into ‘My Desktop’ and key in the activation code. Problem solved!
