Subscription not in use

Hello,

I currently have 100 days left on my current subscription for Safe Kids for 3 devices/users

Last year I had purchased another year subscription for 1 device/user and recently added it to my subscriptions, but it remains "not in use" and I'm not sure how to incorporate it without losing my device/application settings on my in use subscription.

So next to my 100day in use remaining subscription, I have the new 365 day subscription but shows "not in use".

I wish to add my one additional year, 365days of support for 1 device/user that is currently covered with 100 days remaining.

• Just to confirm, the *existing* Kaspersky Safe Kids subscription is for three devices & the *new* subscription is for one device - is that correct? 

1. When the *existing* Kaspersky Safe Kids subscription expires, the *new* Kaspersky Safe Kids subscription - which (you've) added, will activate, all device/application settings will continue as per the original  Kaspersky Safe Kids subscription.

Thank you for that confirmation.  Yes, existing active subscription is for three devices, but I'm only using it on one, so the transition to the single device subscription should be fine.
