  • Kaspersky Anti-Ransomware Tool does not have a *subscription* 
  1. *Which* Kaspersky *Subscription* was purchased & from *which* website? 

IF it's any of the Kaspersky subscriptions for *Home-users* purchased from Kaspersky websites - no activation code is provided - the subscription / license is sent to the subscribers MyKaspersky account as soon as there is a successful payment - the subscriber downloads the software from their MyKaspersky account, installs the application & sign-into the application with the *same* email address they use for their MyKaspersky account - this action *synchronises* the application & subscription/license. 

READ: I paid for an activation code but didn't receive it

Similar problem(s) related with Nexway Puteaux fr has been reported in the past , please contact Kaspersky Technical Support.

Thank you!

  1. *Activation-codes* are not issued for Kaspersky Premium, not by Kaspersky & not by Nexway. Kaspersky has *replaced* activation-codes with license-codes, sent directly to (your) MyKaspersky account. 
  2. In (your) MyKaspersky account,  https://my.kaspersky.com/MyLicenses#/portal/pages/licenses - on the الاشتراكات tab - do (you) see similar:
