stupid xxx software keeps blocking something i already excluded

dumbass software literally detects something I EXCLUDED like xxx ???? broken xxx xxxxxxx kaspersky. im considering deleting this xxxxx app so i can just use the thing i want to use.

nvm i figured it out i excluded it only on safe browsing and not network settings once i excluded it to network settings it worked lmao
