Still on Kaspersky Premium 21.21.7.384(a)

I noticed the other day that one of my PCs is still on .384(a) whereas all the others are 466(c)

I'm curious as to why it has not been updated. Is there anything I can do?

You can download the installer from the official website and update manually.

Yeah but it's been many months hasn't it? And I'm still on (a) so I didn't even get (b)

Would you mind giving some more instructions for that. Do I install over the top or uninstall first?
