Hello,

Since 2 weeks, our servers crashes cause Kaspersky take all process capacity with the process :soyuz.exe

And that ramdomly, while we don't have any task running.

When we have this problem we can do nothing apart reboot .

Help me please

Hello, process soyuz.exe belongs to the product Kaspersky Endpoint Agent (EDR solution)

if you don't use it, just uninstall this program. Often it is installed by mistake, confusing it with the Kaspersky Network Agent.

check with properties of your managed device on KSC

you can delete it through the "start" menu of the operating system of the server, find the appropriate program.

otherwise, check your policy settings for EA, and try reinstalling the app.

Hello, 

Thank. No i have installed it. But it's  not normal that it take all ressources.

How can i avoid this ?

If everything is fine with other devices on which you installed EA, and this is a problem only with this device, try uninstalling EA from the problem device and reinstalling it.

update the EA version, if something from earlier versions is used, now 3.14 is relevant - https://support.kaspersky.com/KEA/3.14/en-US/199051.htm

if nothing helps, create a request through a company account - https://companyaccount.kaspersky.com/account/login
