Some programs cannot be accessed because of Kaspersky

hello, since yesterday's update, i cannot access several programs such as:
-Google Chrome updated
-Nvidia Geforce Experience
-Game Ragnarok Origin

But when I disabled my Kaspersky Protection, these programs even accessed smoothly...

is there a solution?
