Hello, we have some questions about our Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud service.

 

Quarantine items.

We can see our quarantined items inside our “workstation - Quarantine” and we can remove them from our systems. Now the question is, how can we clear or remove them from this “Quarantine” or “Backup copy” menu? we already deleted them from our systems, we don’t need to online backup them.

 

On the other hand, how can we proactively add a program to “exclusions” or white list?
