We don't see any instructions to reinstall Windows in the "Secure connection is temporarily unavailable" message in Kaspersky Secure Connection documentation?

  1. Follow the instructions -> If the issue persists, submit a request to Kaspersky customer service by choosing the topic and filling out the form.

The Community is composed of users of the Kaspersky software - just like you, all of whom volunteer their time freely, to help other members of the Community - just like you. The Kaspersky Community cannot assist with the issue - the Community cannot request logs, traces or other data - this is a Community rule - to protect *your* privacy.

Furthermore, how do you expect Kaspersky support to assist if you don't contact them - they don't have x-ray vision.

okay now it's fixed after trying some things. all I had to do is put another vpn on and then close that , and magically it added my keys .  and when i say YOU I REFER TO KASPERSKY IT SELF , NOT YOU .. I DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, I CARE ABOUT PUTING MY MONEY ON THE RIGHT SOFTWARE . and this was a serious issue , and I do not forgive things like this . but now it's fixed so . i was 6 hours trying to fix this , and i do not like being here for those software issues at all. then you can mark this as solved

We suggested you contact Kaspersky support, simply bc they have access to (your) private information, the Kaspersky community doesn't; the Community is limited in what we can do to assist - we didn't think for one minute you were conflating us - with Kaspersky - even if you were, it's irrelevant, bc, no such relationship exists.
