Software issue

hey all,

I'm having issues with the VPN program on windows. it was working perfectly for well over a year and now when i open the program i either get a blank black screen or i get a unresponsive screen showing whatever other program was open but no mouse or anything.. i can alt + tab to another screen though and close the vpn on the bar..

 

i have tried the uninstall and reinstall and its still doing it..
