An error has occurred suddenly since yesterday.

"Software causal connection abort. Error code: 10053"

All programs under development in VS2015 and VS2022 will not work.

If you develop it with a console app, the socket works.
When developed with Winform, the socket is blocked.

The Kaspersky network monitoring is deactivated. Still, it is quarantined.
I think it's time we got rid of Kaspersky.

1. Which KAV version & patch(x), x=letter, on the Windows taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About? 
2. Which Windows version & build, refer: Find OS version? 
3. Actual program name & version the issue is being reported for (is it TradingView - it's not clear in the information provided)? 
4. In KAV Reports, are there any events that match the "Software caused connection abort. Error code : 10053" & OR any events that indication any issues with the app you're concerned about? 
5. Re: "If you develop *it* with a console app, the socket works." Which console app - name & version? 
6. Has Kaspersky been uninstalled, saving License information *only*, leaving all other check boxes blank & clean installed?
