After it changed to Kaspersky Plus, I got spammed with exclusion requests to a ton of domains that I was using (Which frankly was INCREDIBLY IRRITATING!). When I decided to "Ignore and Remember" the options that I couldn't recognize, Firefox started doing this (Look at attachment). So now I can't use Firefox at all as any page I try to visit I get SEC_ERROR_BAD_SIGNATURE on every single one.

The only way to get around this is to exit Kaspersky entirely, then the pages load fine. So Kaspersky is doing something to Firefox.

What can I do?

... Oh and by the way. This doesn't affect Edge (Which I'm currently forced to use!).

  1. Exit Firefox
  2. On the main GUI, select Settings⚙, select Manage Settings, select Export.
  3. Select Restore, allow the restore wizard to complete & do not IMPORT the original config until further notice
  4. Shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, Login, make sure Kaspersky is active.
  5. Start Firefox, does the original issue "SEC_ERROR_BAD_SIGNATUREstill exist?
  6. Also, in Security Settings, Network Settings, is Use the selected certificate store to scan encrypted connections in Mozilla applications, checked or not?

Please let us know?

Thank you?
