I've just renewed my Kaspersky Premium and now I have a problem with Smart Home not seeing my WiFi.  I've seen other reports where Location Services were not switched on but I can confirm that my Location Services are ON.

Yes, I did that but it still doesn't recognise that my WiFi is on.

Welcome!

Please share the following information: 

  1. Windows OS version & build - in Windows Search, type WINVER, open the WINVER app, post back what's shown in the popup? 
  2. Kaspersky Premium version, on Windows Taskbar, *hidden-icons*, right-click the Kaspersky icon, select About, post back what's shown in the About window?

@Paspare Did it appear after subscription update or the product version upgrade?

It's hard to say what's this. You can try:

1. Reset the settings (settings - manage settings - restore), exporting them for backup before this action.

2. Reinstall the app without saving its settings.

3. Contact support and provide them with an additional information. Your subscription has priority access, so take the opportunity.
