Smart Home Monitor not seeing WiFi - Location Services ON

I've just renewed my Kaspersky Premium and now I have a problem with Smart Home not seeing my WiFi.  I've seen other reports where Location Services were not switched on but I can confirm that my Location Services are ON.

If location services were previously switched off, after switching them on you should restart the OS and recheck.

Yes, I did that but it still doesn't recognise that my WiFi is on.

Welcome!

Please share the following information: 

1. Windows OS version & build - in Windows Search, type WINVER, open the WINVER app, post back what's shown in the popup? 
2. Kaspersky Premium version, on Windows Taskbar, *hidden-icons*, right-click the Kaspersky icon, select About, post back what's shown in the About window?
