where is the option to select path?

The specify the name of the file you want to export

Hello  @TomFiii,

At “specify the name of the file you want to export”, enter, Kaspersky Anti-Virus Personal Root Certificate, select “Browse” 

Enter file name “Kaspersky Anti-Virus Personal Root Certificate” again & accept the default path or save the .cer file to your desktop, select “Save” Another popup window displays with the path & name of the file filed in, select “Next”   Another popup window displays: “Completing the Certificate Export Wizard”, select “Finish”   A “The export was successful” popup displays, select “Ok”

Followed FLOOD”S advice from prior day with the leading comment below.

If you wish you can manually add  Kaspersky Lab root certificate to the Mozilla Firefox or Thunderbird certificate storage, there’s some export steps missing, follow my images:
