Slow to load during payment

when paying for any online purchase the protected page come up but never loads .

1. Does the issue happen irrespective of browser used?
2. Is the “protected page slow to load, never loads ” a new issue or has always existed? 
3. What is the System default browser?
4. If KAV is paused or exited, does  “protected page slow to load, never loads ” issue continue?
5. Have you uninstalled & reinstalled KAV?
6. Is KAV licensed?
