Slow performance

I have installed Kaspersky total security few days before. Since then my pc is getting very slow. Even if a small folder takes so many times to open. I am really frustrated. Please help me to fix this

What windows version are you running? I am running Win 10 18898.1 (fast ring) & KTS 2019 19.0.0.1088 Since the last few Win updates there appears to be a in incompatibility issue with Win 10 & KTS 2019 The KTS process runs at around 40-50% (sometimes higher) and causes most applications to perform sluggishly, almost to the point of hanging in some cases If I exit KTS then the PC returns to normal I have removed (via KAVRemover tool) and reinstalled but to no avail Kaspersky do not support beta/insider preview builds of Windows so no fix from them :-( This has happened before and eventually a win update fixed it UPDATE: Looks like patch E fixes this so try an update and ensure it's 19.0.0.1088(e)
