Hello, Recently we have an issue when run the "Install required updates and fix vulnerabilities" task, most of the new application updates could be updated successfully, but the Adobe flash player with the "signature mismatch" error as shown in the screenshot. I can manually download the files (install_flash_player.exe) by IE and Firefox on the KES server. Does anybody has the similar issue? thanks in advance for any comment.

is this the same update file, that was downloaded by KSC?

Nikolay arinchev yes the same file, I copied the URL from KSC as shown in the screenshot. Thanks

Thank you for that info! Could you please re-run "Download updates" task, make sure it was copleted successfully and then run the task to updae flash pleer once again?

I successfully re-run the download task as shown in below, then re-run the update task, but still the same issue.

Thank you for that info! Could you please confirm, that this error is related to flash pleer only or there are some other applications with that kind of error?

Yes, only relates to flash player, no any others.

I did another test of Create Installation Package but download error Tried download the files by IE again, still successfully.

Я нашел решение, до которого, видимо, не дошел сам Kaspersky. Дело в том, что одна из версий, предлагаемых для пошагового обновления потеряла цифровую сигнатуру, всё, что необходимо сделать - пропустить предыдущие версии. Необходимо в параметрах задачи выбрать Параметры, свойства правила, обновления, Устанавливать только обновления из списка и выбрать необходимую вам версию. Так же не забудьте снять снизу галочку устанавливать все необходимые для установки приложения. Бинго!

Ещё поправка. Проверьте устанавливаемое обновление. У меня не обновляло WinRar version, однако version x64 установило
