SIEM system App

We have Trayed to integrate Kaspersky app logs with SIEM system App(ManageEngine Log360) and we conf. the  setting which the are mansion in your web site Vi Kaspersky but until know the SIEM solution could not received any logs . can you braved as for responsible support VA on line session to overcame this issue .
