should i disable MsMpEng.exe "Antimalware Service Executable" while running Kaspersky? (Windows 11)

it looks like this is a Windows Defender protection module, I don't understand why it is enabled since Kaspersky is running all the time on my system. I thought that everything related to Windows Defender is disabled when a new third-party protection module is running on the system, it doesn't consume much memory and at the same time I don't know if allowing it active could cause some conflict with the anti-virus itself.

99% sure it also works with Kaspersky so no dont disable it
