Shopping Cart not responding

Hello,

This is kind of a weird question but...

I’m trying to buy my antivirus, however the “Buy Now” button is not responding. I’ve checked many times and everything is selected. Also all information is correct for either the billing address or the payment method.

Hello @Rico_Balboa,

Your concern cannot be resolved without more information.
Probably a script is blocked in the browser.

To look into this further, you should tell us the browser you are using, the AV version and possibly the URL of the page.

Can you retry the process with another browser?

I was on the Global website using Chrome. I tried to repeat the process with another browser (Edge) withiout success.

Sorry for the delay responding. 

We had a chat with @Schulte, could you tell us please:

  1. Are you making the transaction in Kaspersky’s Protected / Safe Money browser? 
  2. For the shopping cart, try, in the Kaspersky protection extension, changing Anti-banner to Allowed on this website, if no success, go to point 3.
  3. try, in the Kaspersky protection extension, changing Private browsing to Allow data collection on this website, if no success, go to point 4.
  4. Exit the shopping cart & the browser.
  5. Open KSC, select Settings, select Network settings, uncheck Inject script into web traffic to interact with web pages
  6. Restart the browser, start the transaction again, does it process?
