Welcome!

Kaspersky Premium firewall is active - the Windows Defender Firewall should not be managing anything. 

How (your) system looks is correct:

  1. Please share the exact information from photoshop copyright notice - but - please share in English, because - unfortunately we will not be able to translate a screen-print. 
  2. In Kaspersky Intrusion prevention - is Photoshop showing as Trusted? 
  3. In Kaspersky Reports - are there any Photoshop events?

Trong Kaspersky Intrusion Prevention - Photoshop có hiển thị là Trusted

Trong Kaspersky Reports - không có sự kiện Photoshop nào

Còn đây là hộp thông báo của Photoshop (không có chữ), nhưng theo tìm hiểu thì khả năng đây là thông báo bản quyền của photoshop. Mong bạn hỗ trợ!

Khi mình tắt mạng internet đi thì hộp này không hiện ra, khi mở mạng internet thì nó lại xuất hiện khiến photoshop không hoạt động được

And here is a Photoshop message box (no text), but according to research, this is likely a Photoshop copyright notice. Hope you can help!

Is the Photoshop image (you've) posted opened in a browser? 

IF 'yes', change Private browsing to Allow data collection on this website & change Anti-Banner to Allow on this website

Hình ảnh photoshop không mở được bằng trình duyệt bạn ơi! Chỉ là 1 hình nằm giữa giao diện photoshop khiến photoshop không hoạt động được. Nếu tắt mạng internet đi và mở photoshop lên thì hình ảnh sẽ không xuất hiện, nhưng nếu mở mạng internet thì hình ảnh sẽ xuất hiện ngay

Ok, don't use Search. 

Go to Security (1), then select Settings ⚙(2) on the right-hand-side of the GUI, in the Security settings window, scroll to Firewall (3)
