Setting changes not Syncing nethier notifications

Multiple time I change the device use settings on mobile app or web page and it doesn't reflect to Windows.

so for example if the allowed time for my kids is consumed:

1- if they ask for extension, the notification is not coming to me.

2- if I increased their allowed time, they will still not able use the device.

1. Please read this guide prepared by Danila T & provide the information for *all* devices: Read before you create a new topic! 
2. Since installing KSK has the issue *always* existed OR is the issue new? 
3. Has the Manual Settings Sync feature been used? 
4. Has the KSK software been reinstalled on *all* devices? 
5. Is KSK Free or Premium?
