Hello @Victor Prado

Welcome!

*Please don't post the same information to multiple topics, it forces Community members to duplicate replies  -> is inefficient & a poor use of Forum resources*

*Please show the certificate error DETAILS -> because this is an English speaking section, please post the images in English, it's difficult to manually copy a lot of text from *images* to a translator - to be able to assist; there is a wonderful Spanish speaking Moderator but he may not be online at this time.

  1. What is the OS version & build-> go to (Windows) Settings, System, About, scroll down to Windows Specifications - take a *screen-print* - upload it to your post here please?
  2. Which Kaspersky software name & version, on the Windows Taskbar - Hidden-icons - right-click the Kaspersky icon, select About
  3. Make sure *all* Windows patches have been applied *successfully*?
  4. Make sure Kaspersky is updated to the latest version, run a Database update, when it completes *successfully* -> shutdown the computer using SHUTDOWN not Restart, power ON by pressing the power button, login, recheck?
  5. Try *another* browser, Edge OR Firefox?
  6. We notice (you) are not using the SafeMoney protected browser.
  7. Is a VPN being used?
  8. Does 'stuck at job' mean you are at work and unable to make the wire transfer? IF 'yes', does the IT department have any policies in place that may be contributing to the issue?
  9. READMessages "Certificate verification problem detected" and "Cannot guarantee authenticity of the domain to which encrypted connection is established" when trying to open a website

Hello,

It seems I don't have this issue here. First, check if the current environment can verify the digital signature of the website or if the digital signature stored in the system has not expired. and check if the system time is correct?

This bank website just updated its digital signature a few days ago.
