service kladminserver is stopping few seconds after it has been started in KSC 12

Hello,

now we have Kaspersky Security Center 12.0.0.7734,
and it’s just few weeks after we upgraded to version 12 , then the kladminserver keeps stopping from then on.

We also removed some plugins.

It is stopping few seconds after I start it.
This is an error we got when trying to connect to Kaspersky Security Center from console from server where it’s installed.

 

Any help please?

Has the SQL database started? 
Which SQL version is used?
What size is the database?
