Hi Apologies I am unsure which forum to post this in. We have three hosted server 2012 machines running Security center 10 software. Two of them virus scan with no issue. One used to have no problems but now hangs at 1% during a scan and never gets any further. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards \\ Moderator: Moved to the correct forum.

Hi, Please upload the necessary information so that we can help you (Version and build of Kaspersky installed, OS and servicepack installed, upload the getsysteminfo (gsi) of the server with problems, using the latest available version of it, etc ...). To generate the getsysteminfo (gsi) check this link: https://support.kaspersky.co.uk/common/diagnostics/3632#block7 Getsysteminfo (GSI) direct download: http://media.kaspersky.com/utilities/ConsumerUtilities/GetSystemInfo6.2.zip In addition to attaching the gsi file, it is advisable to send the URL link of the Web that is generated with the report, to facilitate the work. Hi, Gsi is old version v5.0.2.2 not the latest. Please review your windows events log. For servers is better to install: Kaspersky Security 10.x for Windows Server https://support.kaspersky.com/ksws10 For Virtual environments better: Kaspersky Security for Virtualization. https://support.kaspersky.com/ksv5la https://support.kaspersky.com/ksv5nola Regards

Thank you for that - it was working and is still working on two identical servers :(

Hi, For servers KES v10 is not the best option. Upload the getsysteminfo (gsi) of the server with problems, using the latest available version (6.2) of it. My recommendation is: Uninstall KES v10, reboot and install Kaspersky Security 10.x for Windows Server then try. Also, please review your windows events log. A lot of errors not related to Kaspersky. Regards
