Welcome back!

If you’ve checked:

  1. System requirements
  2. All Window updates have a Successfully applied status?
  3. You could do another uninstall & clean install, however, it would be best to log a case with  Kaspersky Technical Support, they can help you troubleshoot the issue to find out why KVPN is failing to start; Support may ask for Traces, collected as the problem is replicated & KVPN logs & other data, they will guide you

 

  • After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will be in touch, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in their MyKaspersky account.
  • Please let us know the outcome?
