My PC has multiple drives. I experienced an issue and tracked down the location to 'Disk 3'. This 'drive' is suspiciously small at 3.86GB and it shows as 'Unknown' and 'Not initialised' and 'Unallocated'. Can I scan this (somehow) to see if it poses a threat?

'Not initialised'

Did you check ‘Disk 3’ with a Disk Partition tool or Diskpart ?

Yes Berny, I have all of the normal ones - and then this 'Disk 3' showing as only 3.86GB - which appears the same as a 'Recovery' or 'Hidden' partition (based on the size/location).
It would be good to know what it is, but here's a different question/idea...
If it is 'Unknown' and 'Not initialised' and 'Unallocated' - and NOT being used at all - why is it 'throwing errors'?

Are you talking about Kaspersky notifications. Is ‘Disk 3’ showing up in your Windows file explorer ?
