Safe Money: Login screen issue with an Online Bank

Hello Kaspersky Support,

For years I have been a loyal user of Kaspersky Internet Security.
Right now I have 2 working KIS licenses for 15 devices (10 devices/3 years and 5 devices/3 years).

Last week, on 2 Win10 PCs, I upgraded from KIS to Kaspersky Standard without problem.

But since upgrading to Kaspersky Standard, I have an annoying problem with Safe Money and "one" bank:
- With 2 banks, namely "home.axabank.be" and "www.cbc.be", when I "launch the protected browser (Google) the connection information (card number, contract, etc.) is correctly stored for a future connection.
- But since the update with the "www.bnpparibasfortis.be" bank, the connection information (card number, contract, etc.) is no longer kept as before (empty connection screen every day, after a PC restart).

It appears to be a specific cookie issue for the bank "BNP Parisbas Fortis".
But my call with their help desk did not help.

I hope you can help me, because I am waiting for this problem to be fixed to update the other devices..

As suggested, I've reported this issue to K. Support.

Also, I've send a FeedBack in Safe Money.  👍
