1. Are you able to sign into your MyKaspersky account?
2. Is the email address you’ve used to sign into the Kaspersky Community, the same as the email you’ve used for your MyKaspersky account?

• Contact Support → on the Support page, scroll to the bottom, select Product help → Chat or Phone.
• Make sure you have the email address you used when you purchased KSK, the Order number & the incorrect email address:
