Safe Kids won't let me take screenshots

Hello guys, I have a Google Pixel 3a and and I just installed Kaspersky Safe Kids. Now, wheneverr to make a screenshot (long pressing the power button) or I drop down the notifications, the back screen turns white. Quite annoying actually! Any idea on how to remove that?

➡🅱 Is KSK licensed?

Are there 2 issues: 

1 Unable to take screenprint by long pressing power button ?

1 (a) Is this issue on Parent or Child phone?

2 Drop down the notifications, the back screen turns white ?

2 (a) Is this issue on Parent or Child phone?

3 Do either of the following screenprint methods work: 

(a) Touch & hold three fingers on the screen ?

(b) Simultaneously press & hold Power & Volume Down until the screen is captured ? 

4 Has Root access been granted? 

5 May I have a video of the “Drop down the notifications, the back screen turns white” issue please?

(b) Simultaneously press & hold Power & Volume Down until the screen is captured ? YES, but I still want the other method to work.

4 Has Root access been granted? no

5 May I have a video of the “Drop down the notifications, the back screen turns white” issue please? will take some time. But really we dont need a video. As soon as i drop te notifications center, the back screen turns white.

  • I’m happy to hear there is one screenprint method available.
  • I cannot replicate “Drop down the notifications, the back screen turns white” issue”, however, momentarily, I get a white screen after accessing Notifications🤔

  • If KSK is licensed, please raise a request with Kaspersky Technical Support  (note, if the KSK version you’ve installed is v1.33.0.1633, in their template there is no  v1.33.0.1633, select v1.35.0.1646).

     

     

  • Detail all steps you’ve taken to resolve both issues, give as much information as you can. If you can, please include a video of both issues. 
  • They will ask for an AIDA64 Report and they may ask you to capture KSK logs, as the issues are replicated. If they need logs they’ll give you a special KSK version to install. 

Please let me know the outcome when it’s available?
