My son can use his devices even though the time limit has been reached (and also the pause-time, intended for learning, has started.

 

Looks like the following bug, allegedly fixed in some version/patch “H” has reappeared?

Welcome!

  1. Which “devices” →  Windows, Android, MAC, iOS? 
  2. Have you uninstalled & done a clean install on those devices? 
  3. IF “yes” & the issues persist, contact Kaspersky support, as follows: 
  4. On the support page, select your location, scroll to the bottom, select Online chat, OR, fill in the Email form, provide as much specific information as possible, including device names, OS version, KSK version & patch; support may request Logs, Traces & other data, they will guide you:

Dear Flood🐳+🐋,

it was a problem on an Android 10 smartphone.

I followed your advice and started to prepare for a clean install and then seen that somehow the popup permissions/settings on the phone were reset, so after reactivating them things went back to normal.
