Safe Kids - Netflix Restriction

The Safe Kids application is limiting the shows that my child can watch.  I have turned off age restrictions on the android tablet and it still is not allowing shows under the Netflix Restrictions set.  How do I get the limitations removed?

• Please show us an image of the “Netflix Restrictions set “ so we can check and assist?
• & which Netflix shows are not allowed, may we have a copy of the error messages please?

There is not an error message.  It doesn't show up. My child has Netflix rights under account for up to TV 14. It is specifically cutting off Glee.

1. We’d like to try to replicate the issue to see what the problem is, to do that we need to know what’s been configured → if we turn off Age, what else is set please?  images are very helpful, otherwise describe the settings please? 
2.  & when Glee is accessed, there’s a blank screen or 🤔 ? 
3. EDIT: additional, when “Netflix rights under account for up to TV 14 ” is configured, is the Kid checkbox ticked? (see image)

Additional to our previous reply:

• Using the information you provided, we set up a 1Netflix child profile - M = TV14, 2KSK child profile = birth year 2006, 3 turned off Age monitoring, 4 left Application monitoring & 5Web activity monitoring as default.
• As a guide, Kid sees 6Forbidden categories & 7Current settings. 
• Result: 8KSK Report:  Netflix Glee watched without problems 

• Cant’t upload the Glee videos to Youtube; breaches Netflix/Glee copyright, 9 =  4 Netflix Glee videos watched for test
