I bought Kaspersky Safe Kids and it crashes on my xiaomi phone. I want my money back but can’t find how to contact Kaspersky.

1. Have you logged a case with Kaspersky Technical Support so they can investigate why “ KSK crashes on the xiaomi phone” ? 

• If KSK was purchased from a Kaspersky site or Kaspersky partner site, follow How to request a refund for a Kaspersky application; if the software was purchased from a non-Kaspersky merchant, please contact them direct.

The refund form says it can’t find my order! Sent a request for a refund to the technical support.

Very unimpressed with Kaspersky.
