Safe kids blocks OneDrive access under forbidden category Online storage, category not found on Dashboard and my kids didn't try to go there

I received a message in my email saying Safe kids blocked Microsoft OneDrive access under forbidden category Online storage.

However, this category is not found on Dashboard and the kids didn't try to go there.

Could someone help me understand what is happening here?

Hi Flood,

It is installed on Windows 10 Home. My kids age is 6. I understand that it is blocked due to the age. What I don’t understand is that the blocked category cannot be seen on my dashboard, there are only about 14 categories and none is called “Online Storage”, otherwise if it was there, I can change the rules / settings.

There’s supposed to be 17 Categories.

In our example image, the Allowed/Forbidden Categories configuration for a 6yr old has been applied.

1. Which KSK version & patch is installed; on Windows Taskbar, rightclick the KSK icon, select About? 
2. Which (Parent device ) is KSK installed on, is it also a Windows 10 device?
3. Please post an image of the Categories as seen on your system?

I have the same alert about onedrive, but the categories list is not like the one shown above, there is no entry for online storage, so I therefore can’t control it and unblock it.

These are the categories I do have:

• Adult content 
• Job search 
• Anonymizers 

• Software, audio, video 

• Gambling, lotteries, sweepstakes 
• Internet communication 
• Alcohol, tobacco, narcotics 

• Online stores, banks, payment systems 
• Videogames 
• Religions, religious associations 
• News media 
• Violence 
• Profanity, obscenity 
• Weapons, explosives, pyrotechnics

• If your child’s device is Windows or Android, in KSK, Application monitoring, select Settings for application categories
• Application monitoring, Settings for application categories is available in both KSK Premium & Free

•  ⚠Application monitoring, Settings for application categories is not available for iOS
