Safe Kids blocking Roblox launcher

Your app doesn’t detect the Roblox launcher. Or some other programs.

Also I couldn’t find a way to add it manually. Why?

Please enlighten me on this subject.

1. Which is your child’s device: PC, MAC, Android, iOS → name & operating system version? 
2. KSK version? 
3. Is any AV installed? If “yes”, please provide name & version? 
4. Which was installed first: KSK or Roblox?
5. Your child’s birth year?
6. Which “other” programmes? 
7. Post an image of Roblox, installed on your child’s device → see image 2 & 3? 
8. Is KSK Premium or Free?

   Basically I found a way, later. Using for the first time the programs begin to appear. I then tuned their settings one by one. But Roblox was classified as unknown.

One more question. Some YouTube clips with violent content are passing all the filters. Is there a way to improve your AI to block them?

Thank you for the information.

The reason we ask for birth year is two fold, much of KSK is age dependent, for us to test, we replicate like for like, there’s no point us testing using an age 4 template if a child is 15. 

Roblox categorised as Unknown is incorrect:

Terminate Roblox, uninstall Roblox, shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, login, download Roblox, shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, login, recheck, has KSK categorised Roblox as Games? 

Re Youtube:

1. Is Safe Search on YouTube ticked? 
2. Post a list of YouTube URLs & we’ll check?
3. To enable us to test, please tell us your child’s birth year?

After just one week of use, I needed to uninstall KSK.

What worked well:

• time limits

What worked ½ of the time:

• web filtering, YT filtering. For unknown reasons YT filtering couldn’t be temporarily deactivated. Tried pausing KSK for an hour but it kept asking for parent permissions. Very annoying.

What didn’t work at all:

• app and games stats. Suddenly stopped working three days ago. My other computer with W7 is ok. I think something is broken in KSK on a W10 platform. I won’t reinstall the OS just for that.

Since it kept malfunctioning in blocking apps and YT filtering, I uninstalled all the games temporarily. But since I needed to uninstall KSK just to give my kid a little bit of YT… what’s the point in keeping KSK?

I think KSK’s AI is broken or just a baby, at the beginning. I think you need to pay me money to be a beta tester. Don’t you think?

Or I think I need to ask my money back...

Yes, indeed I am reporting also other issues because some time has passed and many other issues have surfaced. I will open a case. Thank for the help. Didn’t realize this forum is just a chat to other disgruntled KSK users… Stupid me...
