Safe Kids app/site behaves strangely

Since yesterday (27.10) Kaspersky Safe Kids behaves really strangely both in Android 10 and Windows 10 app. In addition web page admin console does not work as expected either.

In all three interfaces it is not possible to get to admin settings (modify kids schedule/access to apps)

Common message is either Loading data….  or Authorisation is required (each time I try to access web section where the settings are)

What is going on? Are Kaspersky servers under hacker/malware attack?

  • There’s been several reports, similar to yours, (ioo), it’s possibly a bug, Kaspersky Technical Team need to be consulted, please do the following: create a request in your MyKaspersky account - refer following image, fill in Application malfunctionOther template, as the issue is affecting multiple devices, but, when creating the request, it’s only possible to select 1 operating system, select Windows and in the problem description, explain it’s also an issue on your Android device; include a full history, the URL/link to this community topic, a GSI & Windows logs & an AIDA64 for the Android device, images and all actions taken; Support may request Traces, if so they will guide you with the correct steps:

 

 

  • After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will communicate with you, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky account.
  • Please share the outcome with the Community when it’s available?
